By accessing the Website or engaging with the services offered, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Website and services. By engaging the services of Psychic Mediumship College Pty Ltd (referred to as "College"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

People between the age of 15-18 years old with the written permission of their legal guardian may participate in a course or service, approval is required by management before engaging in service.
Client Responsibility for Accurate Information

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all personal and contact details provided are accurate.

Providing false or misleading information, intentionally including fake email addresses or incorrect phone numbers, constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of service without notice.
Nature of Services
Courses and coaching provided:

Are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological, and it is advised that clients seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

The College makes no warrants or guarantees about learning outcomes, as these are subject to student commitment, application of teachings, personal belief systems, and natural ability.

Clients with pre-existing psychological conditions are required to seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider prior to engaging in services. The College assumes no responsibility for students who fail to disclose such conditions.
Termination of Services and Revoking of Certifications
The College reserves the right to terminate, refuse service, revoke a student certification, or deny access to the Website, coaching, or social media platforms if someone engages in:

Offensive, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour.

Actions that infringe on another individual’s privacy or free will.

Acts contradict our standards of conduct or are unethical.

Payment Policy and Refunds
Payment Plans Terms
By opting for a payment plan, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, which constitute a legally binding sales contract under Australian law.

Students must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule and ensure all payments are made on time.

By entering into a payment plan, students acknowledge that they are entering into a binding sales contract with the College.

The contract obligates students to fulfill all payment commitments as outlined in the agreement.
Consequences for Missed Course Payments
If a payment is missed, students will receive an automatic reminder, as per the payment plan system. If there is no communication from the student and payment is not submitted following the reminder, access to the course and/or website is revoked without discussion as this is treated as a breach of the sales contract. Students who fail to make payments as agreed forfeit any refund that may have otherwise applied under the course terms and conditions. The College reserves the right to take appropriate measures to recover any outstanding fees.
Communication of Financial Hardship
Students experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact the administration office in advance to discuss possible solutions or adjustments to the payment plan.
Reinstatement of Course Access
Students who settle outstanding payments may request reinstatement of course access. However, reinstatement is subject to the discretion of management. Reinstatement is subject to an additional $50aud administrative fee. Students will be notified of any conditions for reinstatement upon settlement of their payments.

The College is committed to delivering valuable and engaging coaching courses. To support our students, we offer a "Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee" for select coaching courses to ensure satisfaction and confidence in our programs.

Applicable Courses: Certificate course with group coaching, Certification courses with mentoring, Diploma and Mentoring

Eligibility Requirements: Must have completed the first module, submitted homework, and actively engaged in the course, including participation in exercises, coaching calls, and discussions. Reach out for assistance with any issues experienced, such as technical difficulties or course content queries.
Refund Exclusions
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be considered, and the full tuition fee will be retained. A refund does not apply for any master class, circle class, or self-study courses or certificates. The ACCC regulations, do not provide refunds for changes of mind. Refunds are not applicable for events outside of the College's control, including but not limited to external technical problems, software or hardware limitations, or your personal circumstances unrelated to the course delivery. Refunds are not available if a service was requested in a manner contrary to our advice or if your instructions were unclear.
Legal Acknowledgment
By entering into a purchase with the College, you agree to the above terms and acknowledge your obligations under the binding sales contract. These terms are enforceable under Australian law, including but not limited to contract law and consumer protection statutes.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All student information and sessions are confidential and are protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where legally required. The College does not sell or trade personal data and does not hold any student payment information.
Limitations of Liability
The College will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for the use of this site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present. You are solely liable for the use of the website.
Although this website employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
Non-Disparagement
You agree not to publish, communicate or make to any person or entity, in any media or a public forum, including on any social media sites, any comments or statement (verbal or written), that intentionally or unintentionally would, or is reasonably likely to, disparage, create a negative impression of, or is detrimental to the College, the college director, an employee, services, customers or other associated third parties.
You agree not to breach the Privacy Act 1988 concerning the College and Bronwyn Jane or any affiliate either. You agree not to make false or misleading statements to financial advantage you or disadvantage the College or its director Bronwyn Jane (refer to Criminal Act 1900, Section 192E.)
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, including materials provided during live classes, coaching, and online courses, is the property of Psychic Mediumship College Pty Ltd and as such is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Commonwealth). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited and may result in legal action. Any interference with or disruption of the Website services, the security systems of the Website, or the Website content is prohibited and legal action will be taken against those involved.
Availability of the Website
The College reserves the right to terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the Website, including the availability of any features of the site, at any time and without notice. The College shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website (or any part thereof).
